Isle of Wight Heritage

Due to its position, the Isle of Wight receives some of the best weather in the country, therefore, the Island contains some of the most beautiful countryside scenery in the south of England and is surrounded by some of the best sea views anywhere in the country.

The Island also has a rich reputation for its 'chocolate box cottages' as well as its historical listed buildings.

Colourful Romantic Sunsets

The climate during the spring, summer and autumn months afford it some of the most glorious sunrises and sunsets and are best seen when taking a romantic walk on any of the many beautiful beaches.

Yachting Capital of the World

The Island is also infamous for many things, not least for its all year round yachting from Yarmouth, Bembridge, Newport and other harbours, as well as the 'Round the Island Yacht Race' which starts and finishes in Cowes.

Isle of Wight Landmarks

With all the above in mind, Brian has chosen, with meticulous care, some well known and slightly lesser known, but nevertheless, very picturesque geographical locations from around the Isle of Wight to set-up his photographic scenes which were then divided up into the regional galleries shown.
